Welcome to New Hair Direct, a division of a brick and mortar in Cleveland Ohio. After being in the hair replacement industry for over 20 years, we decided to bring our services online. We service clients who are experiencing partial or complete hair loss. Whether you are looking for Chemotherapy Wigs, Toupees, Hairpieces, Toppers, Custom Wigs, Human Hair or Synthetic, we have it all. We offer virtual and in person consultations. If you don’t see what you need on our page, we can create it for you. We are a growing presence online but we have all the experience necessary to help you in your journey of wearing hair.
There is a growing community of children, end of life patients and situations where people have financial hardships. We donate hair to these individuals with the continued support of our clients. Jenny is an artist when it comes to styling. Her education includes several advanced haircutting classes. “You know you've gotten a really superb haircut when strangers stop you and ask you who your stylist is. That's my goal, for every haircut."

Jeff has been styling hair for over 4 years. His educational background includes several advanced haircutting classes. “I will never let you—or your hair—down.”
Pete
Pete got started doing hair and makeup for local TV spots. He’s been in the business for over 10 years. His favorite service is color. “I'm here to listen. Tell me what you're feeling, and I'll do my best to get you that look.”
